In the unpredictable world of the professional music industry, about the only thing everyone can agree on is that it all starts with the song. After a few minutes with Buck32 you will realize that this Florida quartet starts with the song, plays with the song, and stays with the song - song after song.

A difficult band to pin a label on, theirs is none-the-less a very consistent sound. The Florida music press had thrown around comparisons to artists as diverse as Elvis Costello, Gin Blossoms, Goo Goo Dolls, Blink 182, Split Enz and The Beatles but even a quick listen to Buck32 will reveal something a bit deeper than comparisons can illuminate: A new band with a five song demo doesn't see their first single ("The Socialists") spend 21 weeks in rotation on the state's top radio station by accident. Frontman Wes O'lee, has been writing songs since he could write his name and there's a passion in his words and voice that divulge more than just another turn of the century singer/songwriter with stars in his eyes.

Buck32 writes songs that people can bond to for life and for generations to come. They're comfortable with that. Well crafted songs withstand the test of time and Buck32 is in it for the duration. Long after the show is over and the stereo is off, you will be humming the melodies of Buck32.
